Stop Dreaming, Start Doing and Make a Plan of Action

Be The Best You Can. And Then Some

Stop Dreaming, Start Doing and Make a Plan of Action

Stop dreaming, start doing and make a plan of action. There’s nothing wrong with dreaming, in fact aspiring to do something is fantastic, but seriously, stop dreaming, start doing and make a plan of action. You have reached that point where you know you want to move on. You can feel it in your bones, you want to make that change, you are ready and you know that the only way things are going to get better for you, not just financially, but physically and emotionally too so you must do something!

Stop Procrastinating

Procrastination is the act of delaying or postponing a task or set of tasks; the act of not following through on what you set out to do. Basically, stop jerking around and get on with it! So a plan of action is crucial to your success.  Without a plan it is merely a thought.  When you add your thoughts to paper mixed with a passion and motivation to see them become realities you have a recipe for success

Dreams and Desires. Planning.Motivation. Effort.Success.

Your first step is to write down what exactly it is you desire, for example, if your ambition is to become a better public speaker you need to commence with a proper plan of action. Find a coach, book a course etc. It is important to note that there should be a time frame with regards to your plan. These time frames are the milestones to marking your achievements.

Now that you know what your specific desire is, list the ways in which you plan on achieving the absolute best results.   What do I have to do each day in order to achieve my goal?  Stand in front of the mirror and practice. Start of small and practice in front of a small audience and nail it! What do I personally need to do to see this plan go from a dream to reality? Weight loss goal, join a group, eat less, exercise more, find a dress/suit I want to get into. etc etc

Work That Plan You Super Star

Remember you a Super Star and believe in yourself. So write up a to do schedule outlining each step that needs to be achieved. Depending on your ambition, it may need months,in advance, or just weeks, but the idea is to work that plan you super star. Setting, weekly and daily goals and be specific. At the end of the week you will be able to see how much you were able to accomplish. Stay motivated and keep focused and give yourself a pat on the back for every success, no matter how small.

And if You Should Fall

Hey, you will have moments when you fall off the schedule. Was your plan to lose weight? Oops? That meal out and birthday cake, plus the crisps and the biscuits….

Was the plan to run at least 5k everyday, but that rain was relentless for days…and you just couldn’t drag your butt off the sofa….

Did you promise to start your own business this time, get yourself organised and really make a go of it but…you….did make a start on the planning but then… you played on the Xbox to relax because it had been a hard week, then the garage needed sorting out and…..

And if you should fall, Don’t let yourself get disheartened. It happens to the best of us. Acknowledge it and learn from it and move forward with your plan.  Keep going, just keep on going.  Remember, as Tony Robbins says: No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow your progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn’t trying.

Abraham Lincoln did not and would not quit – and neither should you.

Remember: You Can Do This

And don’t let anything or anyone stop you. You have one life. So live it.
